Happy to give feedback about customer service. I was not had a good experience with their staff and services until they had excellent general manager Mr Samuel. Hope he bring their services to next level. Actually my r15 bike get accident for that I gave my bike service to Yamaha srinivasa motor pondy.they didn't service my bike in proper manner..after that I meet the general manager Mr samuel.he told me don't worry sir I take care of ur bike after three days call from the showroom ur bike get ready sir I check the bike .its service in proper condition .I really thanks to the manager Mr samuel..thank u sir for wonderful service ~ ara t

Yamaha srinivasa motors the old model r15 I placed one order the parts or not available in other dealer Cuddalore Villupuram chidambaram the parts not comming but in srinivasa motors spares the order and it give it in 3days all spares are arranged and giving as soon it's feeling good for me and I stooped the bike without running condition 6 month they give parts in 3days and I fix it and I travel through my bike to ooty feeling so happy by that spares ~ Mani M

I recently gave my FZ bike for service at the Yamaha showroom (Marappalam). I must say, I was very impressed with the entire experience. After servicing, they allow a test ride to check if everything is fine and take note of any complaints. At the time of delivery, they even returned the old parts, which shows transparency — really appreciate that! The only downside is that the labor charges are a bit on the higher side. Srinivasa motors yamaha spares i order my r15v2 model full colour that colour kit not comming in other dealer spares said but in srinivasa motors spares person said that sticker is stopped but same colour and fiiting is same and order and give to me within few days and i fix it my bike thats also i mentioned r15v2 tail cover mat grey set green set and sticket outside and enjoyed and feeling so hap ~ Velan V
