Happy to give feedback about customer service. I was not had a good experience with their staff and services until they had excellent general manager Mr Samuel. Hope he bring their services to next level. I recently gave my FZ bike for service at the Yamaha showroom (Marappalam). I must say, I was very impressed with the entire experience. After servicing, they allow a test ride to check if everything is fine and take note of any complaints. At the time of delivery, they even returned the old parts, which shows transparency — really appreciate that! The only downside is that the labor charges are a bit on the higher side. Srinivasa motors yamaha spares i order my r15v2 model full colour that colour kit not comming in other dealer spares said but in srinivasa motors spares person said that sticker is stopped but same colour and fiiting is same and order and give to me within few days and i fix it my bike thats also i mentioned r15v2 tail cover mat grey set green set and sticket outside and enjoyed and feeling so hap ~ Velan V
